To celebrate Pride Month, Freedom Mortgage employees volunteered with the AIDS Memorial Project of Northeast Florida to clean Willowbranch Park in Jacksonville, FL on June 29, 2023. Willowbranch Park holds significance to the local LGBTQ community as the site of Jacksonville’s first pride event in 1978 and most recently, the home to a park bench dedicated to Darryl Roman Burt II, a Pulse nightclub shooting victim, and a close friend of one of our Freedom Mortgage volunteers.
