Employees from Freedom Mortgage’s sales departments in NJ, IN, MD, and CA collected over 1,500 pairs of trouser socks throughout the month of October for Suiting Warriors, a non-profit that empowers U.S. Armed Forces Veterans by providing them with the professional attire needed to compete in the civilian workforce.
There are myriad factors that make it difficult for veterans to reintegrate into civilian society. Although many servicemen and women learn valuable skills while on active duty, the social aspects of transitioning from military to civilian life pose a significant challenge. The image consulting, education, and transitioning services offered by Suiting Warriors can help these veterans advance in rewarding careers.
