The Liberty USO held their annual Gala in Philadelphia on Friday, November 2nd honoring those whose service honors America. The USO is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. Former Philadelphia Eagles Player and inspiration for the film Invincible, Vince Papale, was the Master of Ceremonies for the elegant event on behalf of the USO, touching on the courageous stories of many of the veterans being honored throughout the night. Freedom Mortgage and vendors supported the event, where Founder and CEO Stanley C. Middleman was honored with the Chairman’s Award for Freedom Mortgage’s continued contributions to support active duty military and their families. When accepting the award, Stanley C. Middleman spoke about the many reasons it is important to support our service men and women and the simple ways we can all contribute to thank them for their sacrifice. Mr. Middleman serves on several non-profit boards and is very active in community affairs. The USO recognizes his focus on philanthropy and drive to help our military through Freedom Mortgage’s various events and fundraisers each year.
Congratulations to Stanley C. Middleman for his continued success in his efforts to support our troops, and to Freedom Mortgage employees who have built and participated in USO programs over the years. Our support has helped to change the lives of many honoring service men and women who distinguished themselves in their service to America.
